What kind of electrical work do you take on?
We focus on major residential projects — custom remodels and whole-home rewires, new home builds, ADUs, panel and service upgrades, EV charging stations, luxury lighting, and security camera and low-voltage systems. We also handle troubleshooting and repair for clients we already work with.
Do you pull permits and handle inspections?
Yes. Permitting and inspection are part of the project, not an afterthought. We build to National Electrical Code standards and PG&E Greenbook utility guidelines, and we stay with the project through final sign-off.
How does the estimate work?
Submit your project details, plans, or photos through our estimate form, or call us. We will look at the scope — including what your existing service can carry — and give you a detailed written proposal with a structured payment schedule. You will know the scope, the schedule, and the cost before any work begins.
Why does my project need a panel or service upgrade?
Older South Bay homes were wired for far smaller loads than a modern remodel, ADU, EV charger, or heat pump demands. We run a load calculation up front, so the upgrade is planned into the project instead of discovered halfway through it.
Do you work with general contractors and developers?
Regularly. We take full-project electrical scope on remodels and new builds, hold the schedule, and coordinate directly with PG&E. Detailed bid documents and structured payment schedules are standard on every project.
How much will my project cost?
No two projects are alike, so we do not quote major electrical work over the phone. Cost depends on scope, the condition and capacity of your existing service, and what the plans call for. What we can promise is that the number is in writing, itemized, and settled before the work starts.
How far in advance should I reach out?
As early as possible — ideally while the plans are still being drawn. Electrical decisions made early are cheap; the same decisions made after framing are not. Current lead time: [TK]
